About Us
Southport Hobby Scene is a family run business and have been established for 25 years and are based here in Southport,over this time we have built up a loyal customer base, and an unrivalled reputation for service and quality for serving the needs of modellers all over the country. Please note the model pictures shown are part of a wider selection available in the shop.
We are also proud to boast that we are the only hobby shop in the Southport area. If you have anything to do with hobbies or models, then where the people you need to be to speaking to. We are proud to say, we even have customers as far away as Australia, South Africa and Canada.
Our Services
We pride ourselves on having an excellent range of products including anything to do with models, die cast and collectables. If we do not have the product you require in stock, we will endeavour to try and get it for you as quickly as possible.
Official Hornby Warranty Service Centre
We are one of the most respected businesses of its type in the country and are the official Hornby warranty and service centre for railway and slot racing items; we can also repair other makes. All of our work is carried out to a very high standard and is fully guaranteed.
We supply all aspects of plastic models from Airfix to Zvezda and are always keeping up to date with all the latest releases. We offer a whole host of products and services from the simplest of ready-to-run stock, to supplying the most intricate of specialist kits.
Radio Controlled
We are approved stockists for the top brands in the model business and have an excellent range of die-cast models and collectables. We also stock radio controlled aircrafts, boats and cars.
Equipment & Tools
On top of all this we like to think we offer a comprehensive range of tools, equipment and materials to support this wonderful hobby. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can give you help and advice on all aspects of any hobby.

Nitrotek
We now stock nitrotek radio controlled cars, tanks, helicopters, aircraft and boats. With prices starting from approximately £18.95 up to £350.00 for a petrol fuelled remote control 23cc two stroke engine.
We also stock remote control spy cars with real video and audio.
Our Other Business
We also have another business specialising in servicing, and repairing all different makes and models of Sewing Machine's. If you have a sewing machine that is in need of repair or simply needs a service, then give us a call.

Tuesday 10.00am to 1.30pm
Saturday 10.00am to 5.00pm
Out of hours can be arranged via appointment only.
